Push a local image to its registry

POST 
/v1/images/push

Streams application/x-ndjson progress using the pull event shape: begin, one blob per blob (cached: true when the registry already has it), blob_done, manifest, then done (with digest) or error. Authentication follows the registry challenge (Bearer or Basic); loopback registries (localhost, 127.0.0.1, ::1) use plain HTTP. See docs/images.md.
